Specialised Technical Service

Since its inception EMSA has won considerable recognition as a specialised company devoted to distributing machinery for large infrastructures, which makes the post-sales service vitally important for all the members of our organisation.

The constant technological progress and the considerable specialisation required of the equipment EMSA supplies makes us aware of how important it is that the professional team in the technical division receive on-the-job training, and that our customers should be kept up to date.

EMSA currently has the post-sales service divided into 3 major divisions:

  • Asphalt Equipment Division
  • Soil Movement, Aggregates and Recycling Equipment Division
  • Asphalt Plant Division

Due to the nature of each division, EMSA has implemented the strategy of "Product-Specific Teams" in all company areas: From the business area, to the spare parts area and the technical service area, customers are always in contact with a person who is specialised at EMSA in the division that corresponds to his or her team.

From the moment a unit is supplied to a customer, the staff of the post-sales service takes charge. This is where suppliers really differ, and where we are convinced that so many years of experience in the field bear out that this is “THE FIRMEST PATH” for the companies that rely on us.

Our differentiating element is our own nationwide technical service, with more than 25 of our own postsales service vehicles, and with the support and complement of our local distributors and authorised repair shops, ensuring that the interventions on the units are carried out with the professionalism, speed and effectiveness that our customers demand and that we require at EMSA.
